We promise to handle every complaint with care and discretion and will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as it arises. A Feedback and Complaints Contact Person is provided by South East Queensland Care, who can provide additional details on the procedure and keep you informed about the progress of any issues you’ve raised. Suppose you would like a copy of the Feedback, Compliments, and Complaints Form or to speak with the Feedback and Complaints Person. In that case, you can fill out a form and send it to the Support Coordinator, the responsible Plan Manager, the Contact Person for Feedback & Complaints, or the General Manager.
